I’m Irene B (writing as I.B. Kealy), currently living on the East Coast of the U.S.—worlds away from my hometown, London, UK.
Now at my Big Age (Gen X crew, take to the stage), I’m choosing to lead with curiosity, not completion.
I’m a multi-passionate creative who’s done waiting on perfect to make progress.
I don’t have a niche—and that’s by design (and honestly, a relief). If you’ve ever been stuck between too many ideas and not enough progress, I see you.

This space is a mix of real talk and real life: a place to unpack the highs, the setbacks, and to keep pushing toward those “won’t-leave-you-alone” goals. I overthink. I over-research. I get distracted by shiny ideas. I talk it out with friends (and myself), and now—with you—by writing it out. Usually with a little side-eye humor just to "get through this thing called life." (RIP, Prince).
