Hi there! I’m Irene B…

(writing as I.B. Kealy), currently living on the East Coast of the U.S.—worlds away from my hometown, London, UK.

And to get right to it, this blog is about

Starting Sideways,
Not Starting Over.

Now at my BIG AGE (Gen X crew, take to the stage! And Elder Millennials… salute!), I’m pushing my curiosity to completion—and this blog’s here to do just that: move from ‘thinking about it’ to DONE-DONE. Second chapter? Heck, yeah—we’re just getting started.

As a multi-passionate creative who’s done waiting on perfect to make progress—shocking, right?
I don’t have one tidy goal or a neatly defined niche. And that’s by design (and honestly, a relief). And lately, that’s me leaning fully into writing and digital creating—finally giving real space to the storytelling part of me that’s always had something to say (and a hundred ways to say it).
If you’ve ever been stuck between too many ideas and not enough progress, believe me, I see you.

SincerelyIreneB — Writing it. Launching it. Living it. Sharing Digital Tools, Templates, and Real Talk for Us 40+ Creators With Second Chapter Plans That Won’t Do Small.

Why SincerelyIreneB? Think: Creative drive meets getting it done. This space is for the ones starting late—for whatever reason—and still showing up, slightly disheveled. For the goal-getters moving their things—their gifts, skills, and passions—from unfinished to done. Fueled by “it’s time” energy and some top-tier snacks.

This Chapter’s Ours to Shape

And if you need a space to catch your breath, with grown-life tales, random-but-relatable detours, and a community that gets it—you’re still in the right place. Irene B

We’re Not Behind—We’re Just On BIG AGE Time

So, what’s the destination? A creative life defined by our version of success. Finally moving forward on ventures we’ve always wanted to pursue… or at least as many as I can successfully juggle. And it all kicks off right here, on this site, in 2025.

SincerelyIreneB is a mix of real talk and real life: a place to unpack the highs, the setbacks, and still keep pushing toward those “won’t-leave-you-alone” goals.
For me, I get distracted by shiny ideas. I talk it out with friends (and myself), and now—with you—by writing it out. Usually with a little side-eye humor just to “get through this thing called life.” (RIP, Prince). Sound like you?

We’re Starting Sideways, Not Over

So if you’re chasing your own BIG AGE dreams—picking things back up (or putting a few down), wondering what’s next, how to get it done, or just needing a space to grab a breather—Welcome!
Ambition’s on tap. Sarcasm, too.
